You’re stronger
than you think.

When I was 35, I gained 80 pounds during my first pregnancy. I never lost it before I got pregnant again.
By 40 I was tired of feeling tired. I hired a trainer and on my first day, I couldn’t do a single push-up or sit-up. I was mortified and embarrassed.

Then I started lifting weights. I ate clean, saw my body take shape and gain muscle definition. For the first time I was fitter and stronger than I was in my teens—that’s when I was a competitive gymnast!

It’s a few years later, and I’m still strong and fit. I’m actually only a few pounds less than when I first started training but my body has completely changed. It’s called Body Recomposition. THIS is why the scale is not important. You CAN lose fat and gain muscle at the same time.

I thrive on helping women discover what I have learned. This is why I became a CERTIFIED PERSONAL TRAINER.
