The Process

Almost identical to the 1-on-1 Personal Training:

  • introductory phone call
  • health/history & getting to know you forms to be filled out and returned to me
  • assessment appointment together (everyone completes strength, mobility & flexibility assessments to highlight any imbalances you may have

I create a customized program based on your individual assessment results and goals.

Training Day #1

In Mississauga & area private gym:

  • Warm up together
  • Rotate through slightly different exercises. While one is resting in between sets, the other has my full attention. Plus, you can cheer each other on!
