  • Assessment Appointment:
    • Allow 70 minutes
    • Review your forms
    • Practical Assessment (simple movements designed to assess your mobility, flexibility and structural balance) And yes a scale. But don’t be scared!
  • Training Day #1 : In Mississauga & area private gym. Let’s get going! Bring a large bottle of water 🙂

About Your Program

The program moves you through phases to ensure progressive overload. The workouts won’t be boring or too easy… I ensure you are performing the movements correctly and safely, and progressing to your ability and strength.

Prepare for weekly weigh-ins, but the scale is simply one of many tools. The focus will be on how you FEEL not the number on the scale. In fact, as you gain muscle the scale may even go up!

This is not a quick fix. No crazy restrictive dieting, no magic pills, no fat burning teas. This is a realistic pathway to living your healthiest life. CONSISTENTLY.
